For those who wanted to do the own leases numbers, here are some info you might feel helpful. I will talk about BMW for today since it's the most wanted car (according to my own statistics). I will only post the recommended lease term. I will explain why i only recommend these terms in a bit.

Why am i only posting 36mo rate? Because the other terms is not as attractive. Someone had asked me why the payment for 48mo is higher than 36mo and claimed that i was trying to screw them... someone please help provide a 2nd opinion. I also don't recommend putting in big down payment (that's why all my lease post are $0 down), i will write a separate article about that. Stay tuned.
