2009 BMW 328i convertable October lease rate

Someone asked about leasing a BMW 328i convertible and as usual, math time for me.... here it is
2009 BMW 328i convertible
Auto, Premium, Sport, Comfort Access, iPod, Navigation, Heated Seat.
MSRP $54350
Sample lease payment would be $599+tax with $3302 due at signing.

For those who wanted more power? How about 300hp twin turbo? you could get the 335i convertible with similar options for $684+tax 10k/36mo, let me know if you wanted me to do some payment calculation.

2009 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S September lease

There are quite a few promotion from Porsche recently, code name "the porsche moment"... kinda selling the dream for those who always wanted a Porsche. Happened to know someone who took delivery of a base Cayman. I had a chance to sit in it and the engine really sound different. The good thing is that his payment is about the same as his friend's BMW 335i coupe (back in 2007 when the 335i coupe was pretty hot). At $699+tax a month, would you get a base Cayman or a 335i coupe? I would get a porsche... however, when i tell you that you could get a 335i coupe for under $600, there might be some brain exercise to do...

Here is the lease program for the 911
(NOTE: please deduct 1% residual if you wanted the PDK transmission)

2009 Porsche 911 Carrera
36mo 10k 58% .00146

2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S
36mo 10k 56% .00146

2009 Porsche 911 Carrera 4
36mo 10k 56% .00146

2009 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S
36mo 10k 54% .00146

If i get a Porsche, i would get the Carrera 4 or 4S, not about the extra power, but simply because i love the bigger butt... well, 1.7 inch wider is not a big deal to some but i do care about that.

Sample payment for a $100k Carrera 4 would be $1300+tax

Feel free to drop me a message if you need help on getting "THE" Porsche

2009 Maserati Quattroporte lease September

Maserati is not a really famous name in the US but from time to time, you would see them on the streets. I have seen a couple and since i got inquiry about it. I decided to post it on my blog also.

2009 Maserati Quattroporte base model

36mo 10k 39% .0007
42mo 10k 36% .0007

Rate is very good but the residual is just really too low.
Upside, they are giving you the car to drive. Think positive... you are driving a 6-figure car and paying 1.5~2% interest.
Downside, depreciation for luxury car is always like that and it depreciate around $1500 a month.

Seems like you could get a Quattroporte for $1500+tax a month with $6k cap cost reduction but whether they are willing to sell you one at that price might be a challenge.

2010 Acura TSX September 2009 program

Got inquiry about a sub $400 payment lease, and i just saw a TSX on the way home... so, i decided to do a calculation.

Here is the 2010 Acura TSX 2.4L I-4 program for Sept , it supposed to run till early Nov and I will keep everybody posted if there is any change next month.
10k 36mo .00203 63%
Residual is strong so for those considering lease to buy, you might want to think about it.
$0 down lease payment would be $339+tax

If you are interested in the Technology Package, let me know and i will do a calculation for you.

I always like the Honda's VTEC technology and it would be great if the TSX have the LSD as standard feature (as the Civic Si), i would definitely recommend one.

Time for some Honda deals

The Honda Civics were selling like hot cakes back to the days during the C4C program and high demand usually lead to less aggressive pricing but that's the rule of economics.
For those who wanted lower cost alternatives, it's a good time to jump in.
Honda has been promoting the leasing special for the Civic and according to the website, it's $1999 due at signing (exclude tax and license), $199 a month for 36months w/ 12k miles per year.
So, y0u are looking at around $2500 to start.
Due to the relationship with some Honda dealers, i am able to negotiate a more attractive payment plan... If you wanted to lease one, and happened to live in S.CA, you could get it for $1500 drive off and $199 a month. If you need help, drop me a message or give me a call, i will see what i can do for you.
2009 Civic Sedan LX auto $0 down $199 a month
2009 Civic Sedan EX auto $0 down $229 a month

BMW lease rate Sept 2009

For those who wanted to do the own leases numbers, here are some info you might feel helpful. I will talk about BMW for today since it's the most wanted car (according to my own statistics). I will only post the recommended lease term. I will explain why i only recommend these terms in a bit.

2009 328i sedan
36mo 15k 57% 0.0022 $2k lease cash $1260 Automatic tranny credit

2009 328i coupe
36mo 15k 58% 0.0015 $2k lease cash

2009 335i sedan
36mo 15k 56% 0.00225 $2.5k lease cash $1260 Automatic tranny credit

2009 335i coupe
36mo 15k 57% 0.00165 $2.5k lease cash

For those who doesn't know what i am talking about, don't worry... call me and i will be glad to explain. For those who got it, you've probably done enough research and ready for one. I will wish you luck and enjoy the ultimate driving machine.

Why am i only posting 36mo rate? Because the other terms is not as attractive. Someone had asked me why the payment for 48mo is higher than 36mo and claimed that i was trying to screw them... someone please help provide a 2nd opinion. I also don't recommend putting in big down payment (that's why all my lease post are $0 down), i will write a separate article about that. Stay tuned.
