2010 Honda Civic Lease Rate November 2009
Honda has just updated their lease program a couple days ago, and for those who wanted a new economy car and do not want to put a big down payment to purchase one. How about leasing one for less than $200 a month
I personally did not ask for the specific number. But a friend of mine did actually signed a lease for $1000 drive off. $200 a month and the term is 30months 12k/yr. It's a 2010 Honda Civic LX with automatic transmission.
Note: I think this is pretty much the best lease program as far for the current generation, yes, it was 2006 when they introduced this Civic and i think it's due for a major redesign in 2011. That explains the 30mos special lease term and this good payment. (if you lease the car now, you will be returning the car in 2012 Summer, and you would probably upgrading to a NEW style Civic or Accord)
If you are interested in doing your own calculation and really wanted to calculate and get to the pennies, let me know and i would dig the number. For the rest of us, i personally think $1000 drive off, and $182+tax is a no brainer.
Enjoy...

2010 Honda Odyssey Lease rate Nov 2009
The 2010 Honda Odyssey is always the most wanted van. After my post of the VW Routan, someone asked how good the lease program for the Odyssey is.
Sometime, a high demand vehicle would make some good lease program (due to high resale value) and yes, it's not 2005~2007 when they have super good lease deals (remember the $199 lease program on the Toyota Sienna during 2006 X'mas time)
Here is the program for the 2010 Odyssey
Honda Odyssey EX 36mo 15k residual 54%, MF 0.00139
Honda Odyssey EX w/ RES 36mo 15k residual 53%, MF 0.00139
Honda Odyssey EX-L 36mo 15k residual 52%, MF 0.00139
Honda Odyssey EX-L w/ RES 36mo 15k residual 51%, MF 0.00139
Sample payment would be around $388+tax for a EX model (i've personally loved to get one myself). Expect to pay 1st month payment, and license at lease signing. Should be around $1000 or so. This is for a 36mo, 12k/yr lease. Assume Super-preferred customers.

2009 VW Routan Van lease rate October
A Coworker is looking for a Van, checking out the Certified pre-owned Honda Odyssey and found out that a low miles EX model would cost almost $25k. Then, we discovered that the VW Routan (aka Town and Country etc... ) are running some aggressive promotion.
0% up to 72 month in addition to $1500 cash, plus another $1~2k hidden rebate.
Yeah, i know someone might be looking at leasing it due to concern about long term reliability. Here it is
Routan S 36mo 15k/yr MF 0.00033 residual 38%
Routan S w/ rear entertainment system 36mo 15k/yr MF 0.00033 residual 36%
Routan SE 36mo 15k/yr MF 0.001 residual 38%
Routan SE w/ RES 36mo 15k/yr MF 0.001 residual 36%
So, in terms of monthly payment, you are looking at around $350 for 72mos ($0 down)
For lease, it's about the same payment but you need to pay the inception fee up front. As i always see, it's better to lease newer year model and purchase older year model because the residual for older model always kill the deal. I will check again for 2010 program when the van is available.

Found out that BMW USA bank is actually running this site and i will give them a shot when i found the used Odyssey. For those who wanted to refi and get longer terms with lower monthly payment, you could give them a shot too.
Here is their published rate online.
